The election results are in, the people have spoken. And they have asked someone else to be their coroner. I congratulate Rob Russell on his victory and wish him well in the general election in November. I have called Rob to relay this message and I have told him that I will hold him to his promise not to use the coroner's office as a platform to run for Sheriff.
I thank you all for your support. While many of us may be surprised and disappointed with the election results, this is why there are elections.
I am pleased that Chris Lauzen, Tom Hartwell, Terry Hunt, Doug Sheflow, Sal Abbate, Susan Starrett have all been successful in their primaries. Best of luck to you all in the general elections.

I will be focusing back on being a good doctor as well as furthering the "National Shrine of the Innocents", a memorial for children who have lost their lives in their age of innocence. We have purchased 20 acres in Apple River, IL upon which to develop the center. More news about NSOI will be listed on www.nsoi.org in the near future. I will also be finally launching a podcast "GERMBUSTING with Dr. Bob" which will be available for download from www.germbusting.net beginning later this summer.
Don't be sorry for me as I have more than enough to keep me busy. I have enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you. I hope you are all filled with peace and your lives with joy.
